14th International Architecture Exhibition – la Biennale di Venezia

The 14th International Architecture Exhibition takes place in Venice from 7 June to 23 November 2014 at the Giardini and at the Arsenale as well as at various venues in the city. Preview dates: 5 and 6 June 2014. The main exhibition entitled "Fundamentals" is curated by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas.
Hans Ulrich Obrist has been nominated to curate the Swiss Pavilion in the Giardini della Biennale.
Architects and urban researchers Hiromi Hosoya and Markus Schaefer are the curators of the «Salon Suisse» 2014, a programme of talks and events supplementing the exhibition at the Swiss Pavilion, which takes place at the Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi.

The nominations for for the contributions at the Swiss Pavilion are commissioned by the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia. The Jury, which nominated Hans Ulrich Obrist to curate the exhibition at the Pavilion of Switzerland, is comprised of the following people: Philippe Rahm, Peter Fischli, Beatrice Galilee, Katya García-Antón, Simona Martinoli, Arthur de Pury, Peter J.
